                      Welcome to our website!  global groove is a Detroit based ensemble of  experienced musicians who have come together to make exciting, energetic, original and classic sounds with a mixture of jazz, Funk, R&B, pop and bearing witness that  groove is truly a universal language!                  
                    The talented  members of global groove have brought with them to the ensemble years of professional experience including performances with artists from Aretha Franklin to latin music star Celia Cruz.  Individual Performances by members of gloabal groove have included everything from concerts in venues such as Hill  Auditorium in Ann Arbor, Pantages Theatre in Hollywood to Joe louis Arena  and clubs all over Detroit, Ann Arbor and nationally and internationally at  jazz festivals in Cleveland, Toledo, Toronto (Canada), Vancouver. 
                  The common goal of global groove is to use music to bring groove and harmony to all humankind!  If  you want to hear jazz standards, bebop, Funk, R+B, Pop, and Latin grooves then global groove is for you!  Check out our media tracks!
